How long does delivery take?
We will ship your items on the same day if you ordered before 10am otherwise they will be sent on the next available working day. Items should arrive within 2-5 working days. Please note delivery times may be extended during holiday periods.
Will you deliver to the EU/USA?
No, we only ship to the UK.
COVID-19 Statement
We are COVID safe employer and offer contact free delivery. Our courier will email you before they deliver and you can instruct them to leave your items in a safe place.
Whilst delivery times are not impacted due to COVID this can change due to staff members isolating or other things outwith our control.

How much is delivery?
We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £15, you will be informed of any delivery charge before you place your order.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit & debit cards via Stripe.com. We do not store payment details, your information is safe.
Are my details safe?
We never store any of your financial information. When you submit your order we encrypt everything via SSL for your safety. We use Stripe & FoxyCart which means we never store any of your details on our server.
In order to minimize the risk of security incidents, we fully outsource all payment processing to FoxyCart.com & Stripe.com. FoxyCart & Stripe are PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Compliant as a Level 1 Service Provider, and are listed on both Visa and MasterCard's global registries. Anytime you submit payment information via our website, you are submitting through FoxyCart & Stripes secure infrastructure. If you opt to save your payment information during checkout, that information is stored at FoxyCart & Stripe. We don't have access to your payment details except for the last 4 digits, the card type, and the expiration date.
