This did a great job of killing the moss and weeds but some of the bare patches left behind were too large for the grass to fill in on its own. Ended up overseeding about four weeks later which sorted it. The treatment itself works well but if your lawn is very bare you will probably need seed as well.
I am not exaggerating when I say our lawn was about seventy percent moss before I applied this. It had been neglected for years. One application in April and by June we had an actual lawn. The moss is completely gone and the grass has filled in where it used to be. Genuinely transformative.

Absolutely. The nitrogen boost will green up yellow grass within 1-2 weeks, and killing off moss and weeds gives your grass room to fill in the patches.
Can I overseed at the same time?
No—wait 4 weeks after applying this treatment before adding grass seed. The weed killer can affect germination. Use our Pre-Seed Foundation Feed instead if you’re seeding.
Do I need special equipment?
No. Just shake the granules from the bag by hand. You can use a spreader if you prefer, but it’s not necessary.
How much do I need?
Apply at roughly 35g per m². Each bag states its coverage. We recommend getting slightly more than you think for any stubborn patches.
Is it safe for pets and children?
Yes, once watered in and the lawn is dry. Keep children and pets off the treated area until then—usually a few hours after rain or watering.
